People buy wind chimes for a millions different reasons both happy and sad
from anniversaries and Mother’s Day to funerals and in memory of a loved one. The only thing they all have in common is kindness. Each one is given by someone who wants to share the peace and warmth that comes from a well-tuned chime.
There are as many different wind chimes as there are reasons to buy them. This one was designs by a team of music teachers who endeavoured to find the precise frequencies to provide tranquillity and calm enjoyment
a feeling of zen. The right tones ended up being the B-Major pentatonic scale for both the small soprano (29”) and the large alto (41”) which means with both, you get a full 2-octave range of harmonies.

Hello, Over the course of this amazing adventure in designing and creating quality windchimes, we have listened to and learned from an incredible number of great stories told to us by our customers. Although the people are from all over the world and rarely have anything in common, there is an undeniable theme in the stories they share with us. Every single chime was purchased because someone was being kind. Either they were kind to a friend, a family member, a co-worker, or themselves. It didn't matter whether it be a memorial for the loss of a loved one or as inspiration for someone moving onto a new chapter. We decided we needed to do more than merely say “thank you for sharing your story” (though that doesn’t get old – I promise). The hardest part was that even though kindness was the shared connection, each experience was unique. We had to ask ourselves: \"how can we acknowledge both the shared experience as well as the unique?\" We were inspired by two fantastic ideas: leaving small positive messages for people on rocks, and the memory of opening a cereal box knowing there was a prize inside but to not know which one until it was in my hand. Our goal is to make someone smile in unexpected circumstances and create a connection between strangers. After rereading all of the stories shared with us through our emails and reviews, we picked four messages and got to work figuring out how to fit them into the Kindness Chime. The messages are: You’ve got this. Actually, you can. You Rock! Be a little boulder So, my hope is that you pay it forward and keep the kindness flowing, the relaxing melody ringing, and/or use it as another way to know that someone was thinking of you with kindness in their hearts.
